How Do I Invite People To a Zoom Meeting

Inviting people to join a Zoom meeting is a simple as sharing a URL with them.  Below are the steps for finding the Join URL for a Zoom meeting that has already been scheduled.

Navigate to

Click on "Meetings"

Click on the Topic Name of the meeting you'd like to invite someone to

Copy the "Join URL" link from the center of the page

Share the URL with your attendees in whichever way you'd prefer.

The Join URL can be shared via email, text message, posted to an web page, or even shared in an announcement or assignment in your Canvas course(s).
