Ordering Transcripts on Student's Behalf

You must have a FERPA-compliant signature and the student's authorization to order on their behalf.

1. Upon signing into your account, click the ORDER tab.

2. Next, select the CREATE NEW ORDER option.

3. Enter the required information (Name, DOB, Email Address, etc), then click on SAVE ACCOUNT AND CONTINUE WITH ORDER.

By filling out this form, you are not creating an account on behalf of the learner. You are simply submitting a one-time order for the student.

4. Enter the enrollment information requested and then click CONTINUE.

5. Enter a delivery destination.

The ITEM DETAILS page will outline where the transcript is going and the delivery method.

6. Use the order options to indicate if the transcripts need to be held for grades or degree.

7. Select the order purpose.

8. If an attachment is needed, it can be uploaded here.

9. In this section, you will need to certify that you have a FERPA-compliant signature and the student's authorization to order on their behalf. Check the box to certify and upload any applicable authorization that you wish to save with the order.

10. Click CONTINUE to proceed.

11. Review the information on the ORDER SUMMARY page, and proceed by clicking CONTINUE.

There will not be a payment required on our short order form.
