GJAPCTL and ICGORODM "Syncs"
This sync is run in Banner and pushes events into Canvas and ACES.
(This is a special permission within Banner.)
In the Banner search box, type GJAPCTL and select the Process Submission Controls form.
In the Process box, type ICGORODM and click on the Go button.
Term must be in the following format:
201910 (academic) or 820191 (CE).
You can enter the CRN and term or SPRIDEN ID (Banner ID) and term. (You can use the course CRN sync for updating the course enrollments, while the Banner ID updates the enrollments for an individual.)
Click Save Parameter AS and click Save button.
You should receive two green messages.
Syncs can take anywhere from a few seconds to several hours, depending on system traffic.
