How to Login to eFax Portal

eFax is our internal fax portal where staff can access their departments' incoming and outgoing fax messages.  User access is based on Alamo Network Authentication so you will be using that login information.

This is an explanation of the steps for logging into the eFax Portal using various browsers.

Using Microsoft Edge

1. Go to https://fax.alamo.edu. If you do not see this login screen, but see the screen on step 3; that means Edge recognized your Windows Credentials and automatically logged you in. You will be logged in and all set at that point.

2. Type in your Alamo Colleges username and password. Your domain will already show up at the bottom of the login window provided. Campus Domains: district, nlc, nvc, pac01, sac, spc

3. That is it. You will be logged in and able to use the eFax system.

4. Logging off and Logging back in steps for all browsers

B. You will be logged out. If you are done go ahead and close your browser.

Using Google Chrome

1. Go to https://fax.alamo.edu

2. Type in your Alamo Colleges username and password. You will need to add your domain followed by a back slash. See below example. Campus Domains: district, nlc, nvc, pac01, sac, spc

3. That is it. You will be logged in and able to use the eFax system.
